With over 14 years of experience in emergency medicine and specialized expertise in anesthesia, Dr. Gouws brings an extensive medical background and a keen understanding of facial anatomy to aesthetic medicine.

Certified by the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine, his approach combines medical precision with an appreciation for natural facial balance. Specializing in lower face rejuvenation, he focuses on addressing underlying structural changes to improve facial support, restore definition, and achieve natural-looking results.
Through his practice, Lift Medical Esthetics, he joins Zuleta monthly to offer lower face rejuvenation treatments.

ISABELLE RAMIREZ, RN

sabelle has been a nurse since 2001, beginning her career at Vancouver General Hospital and spending more than two decades working in acute care, ICU, emergency nursing, and infusion therapy. In other words, she brings some serious clinical experience to the treatment room.

Isabelle became certified in neuromodulators and dermal fillers in 2022 and has since expanded her training to include PRP and sclerotherapy. She combines that experience with a thoughtful eye for aesthetics and a firm belief that great results shouldn’t announce themselves from across the room.

Her goal is simple: subtle, refined, beautifully balanced results that look like you. Just refreshed.

MADDY BORTIGNON

Maddy is a Certified Medical Aesthetician and graduate of Blanche Macdonald Centre’s Global Aesthetics Program, with a genuine love for all things skin.

Trained in BelaMD facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare, Maddy loves getting to know her patients and figuring out what their skin actually needs. Because great skin usually isn’t about doing everything. It’s about doing the right things, consistently.

For Maddy, education is a big part of the process. She wants you to understand your skin, know why she’s recommending something, and feel good about the plan you’re following.

With nearly 20 years in aesthetics, including 9 years in medical aesthetics, Brianna is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized, results-driven care. She specializes in advanced skin rejuvenation treatments and believes every treatment plan should be as unique as the person receiving it.

CHRISTINA ZULETA, MScN
Nurse Practitioner
After 14 years as a Registered Nurse, then completing my Nurse Practitioner education in 2020, I spent two years in Primary Care helping people navigate everyday health concerns as well as some of life's more personal challenges. It was then that I discovered my passion for medical aesthetics, and for the past three years it has been my sole focus.

What I love most about this work is getting to know the person sitting across from me. Whether you're noticing signs of aging, feeling frustrated by hormonal acne, or simply not feeling your best, you deserve honest conversations and a plan that feels right for you.

For me, medical aesthetics has never been about changing who someone is. It's about helping people feel confident, and more like themselves. Seeing that shift is what I love most.
